David J.S. Rutledge is the CEO of Dubai Multi Commodities Center (DMCC), an Authority of the Government of Dubai. Mr. Rutledge is also Chairman of Dubai Diamond Exchange. He has held previous positions as Managing Director, Zurich Capital Markets; CEO Queensland Sugar Corporation; CEO Sydney Futures Exchange; and Senior Vice President, New York Board of Trade.

He holds degrees from the University of Sydney and Stanford University, including a PhD. from Stanford.
