Catherine Allard, who joined Mediagrif in September 2006, is responsible for corporate financial operations, treasury and capital market management and investor relations.

Over the last 11 years, Mrs. Allard has held several senior management positions at Télésystème Mobiles International, namely those of Vice President, Treasurer, Vice President, Corporate Planning and Vice President, Business Planning and Development.  

Mrs. Allard is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
