A Canadian and British educated bilingual lawyer, Hélène Hallak has over 10 years of experience in private practice and in corporate, commercial and securities law.   

In recent years, Ms. Hallak acted as senior corporate counsel for large public Canadian corporations with international operations, namely Quebecor World and Telesystem International Wireless. 

Ms. Hallak is a member of several Bar associations, holds a bachelor of law from the Université de Montréal and a master of law from the London School of Economics and Political Science in England.
